New year means new plans – well how about Wildly BIG plans and ideas just for Girls!!!! As with each retreat, we have brought together some AMAZING workshop facilitators who inspire, motivate and challenge their audiences! We are bringing these Wildly Amazing Ladies to inspire, motivate and challenge the Sprouts  – mind, body and spirit. The girls will spend the day exploring their “wild sides” through outdoor exploration,  meditation, writing, art, and improvisation in a loving, fun and relaxed environment.

Each girl will leave with a renewed sense of confidence, inspired to make changes and of course, be able to show the world their “wild side”!
